Welcome to Medicare Skin & Hair Clinic (“Medicare”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (medicareskinandhairclinic.com) and the information and services offered through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accessing on behalf of a minor as a parent/guardian) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About the Website

This website provides factual information about our clinics — where they are, how to contact them, our departments and facilities, the equipment we have, the conditions we treat, the treatments we offer, our charges, and a directory of our doctors with their qualifications, registration details and availability. It is intended to help you find us and decide to come, and nothing on it is a promise of a result. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship by itself.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointment requests made through the website, WhatsApp, or phone are requests only and are confirmed by our team. Availability, timings, and the assigned doctor may vary by branch. Please arrive on time and bring any relevant medical records or prescriptions.

4. Charges & Payment

• The consultation fee is ₹200 (VIP consultation ₹500), the same at every branch and the same for an online consultation as for an in-person one. Publishing our charges is something we are expressly permitted — and, as a registered establishment in Andhra Pradesh, required — to do.
• Each amount on the treatments page is the clinic charge for the session or course named in that column, in Indian Rupees. It is not a “starting from” teaser. Where the total depends on the area treated or the number of sessions needed, that is stated with the price, and the exact amount that applies to you is told to you before treatment begins.
• GST at 18% is additional on cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, and is marked as such on the price list rather than added as a surprise at the counter.
• Some procedures are available only at some branches. Please confirm with your branch on the phone before travelling for a particular treatment.
• If a charge changes, the price list on this website is updated. We do not run limited-period offers, discounts, coupons, cashback or referral rewards on treatment, and you will not find a countdown or an “only two slots left” banner here — inducements of that kind are not permitted to a medical establishment and we do not use them.
• This website does not take payments. There is no payment gateway and no card, UPI or netbanking form anywhere on it, and we never ask for a card number, UPI PIN, OTP or password in our name. You pay at the branch counter, and a receipt is issued for every amount paid, including the consultation fee.
• An appointment is confirmed by our team, not by a payment.
• Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy, refunds by our Refund Policy, and how services reach you by our Service Delivery Policy.

5. Treatment Results

Results of dermatology, hair, laser, aesthetic, and surgical procedures differ for each individual and cannot be guaranteed. How much a treatment helps depends on your condition, your skin and scalp type, how many sessions you complete and your aftercare. Every procedure carries some risk, and the doctor will go through the risks that apply to you before you consent to it.

We do not show before-and-after photographs. The gallery that used to appear on this website has been withdrawn. Displaying before-and-after photographs, advertising surgical results and publishing patient success stories for promotion are prohibited by clause 8.1(v) of the National Medical Commission's Guidelines on Ethical Advertising and Public Communication dated 6 October 2026, and by clause 6.2 a patient's consent does not make such a display permissible. For the same reason we do not publish patient testimonials, star ratings or review counts, and we do not ask our patients for reviews. If you want to know what a treatment can and cannot do for you, please ask the doctor — that answer is worth more than a photograph of somebody else.

6. Online (Tele) Consultation and the AI Photo Tool

An online consultation with our doctors is governed by the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, which have statutory force as Appendix 5 to the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002. What that means for you:

• The fee is the same as in person — ₹200 (VIP ₹500) — and a receipt is issued for it. We do not offer a free or discounted first online consultation; soliciting patients for telemedicine by advertisement or inducement is not permitted (clause 3.7.1.4).
• It is not anonymous. We need to know who you are, and you are entitled to know who the doctor is. The doctor will begin by giving you their name and qualifications (clause 3.2.4). Each branch listing on this website names the doctor or doctors at that branch with their qualification, and gives the medical-council registration number we hold for that branch, so that you can check it on the register (clause 3.2.5). Where a listing carries no number for a doctor — or where the doctor who sees you is not one of those listed — ask for their registration number; you are entitled to it.
• Your first consultation should be a video call. A doctor can prescribe the restricted lists of medicines on a first consultation only where it is conducted by video (clause 3.7.4). On a chat or audio call the doctor can give advice and over-the-counter medicines only. No prescription is issued without an appropriate diagnosis — that would be professional misconduct.
• You may be asked to come in instead. Where physical examination is critical, the doctor must not proceed online (clause 3.5.1). Skin, hair and nail problems often need dermoscopy, trichoscopy, scraping or a biopsy. Being asked to visit a branch is the doctor doing their job properly, not a sales tactic.
• We will never push you online if you want to come in. Insisting on telemedicine when a patient is willing to attend in person is listed as misconduct (clause 3.7.1.4). Ask for an in-person appointment at any of our branches and you will get one.
• If the patient is under 18, the consultation takes place only with an identified adult present (clause 3.2.3).
• Procedures are done in person. Hair transplant, laser, botox and similar procedures can be discussed online but are carried out at a branch. Telemedicine does not cover remote procedures.
• This service is for patients in India. The Guidelines do not provide for consultations outside Indian jurisdiction (clause 1.2).
• Certain medicines can never be prescribed online — anything in Schedule X of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, and any narcotic or psychotropic substance under the NDPS Act, 1985. Please do not ask; the answer will be no.
• The AI photo tool is not a consultation and not a diagnosis. An artificial-intelligence platform is not permitted to counsel a patient or prescribe (clause 5.4), and only a registered medical practitioner may form a clinical opinion (section 34, National Medical Commission Act, 2019). The tool describes what is visible in a photograph; the output is marked as AI-generated; a doctor takes it from there. How your photograph is handled is set out in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

If you have a complaint about an online consultation, or about how your information was handled, section 8 of the Privacy Policy tells you exactly where to send it and by when we must answer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, images, and design — is the property of Medicare Skin & Hair Clinic and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false, harmful, or unlawful information through it.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The website may link to or embed third-party services (such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, or app stores). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of these third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Medicare is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information on this website, or from website errors or unavailability. This does not limit our responsibility for the professional care you receive in person at our clinics, which is governed by applicable medical and consumer laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
