Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to appointments, teleconsultations, treatment sessions, and treatment packages booked with Medicare Skin & Hair Clinic (“Medicare”, “we”, “us”) through this website, WhatsApp, phone, or at any of our branches, including bookings paid for online through our payment gateway.

1. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by calling 9141 247 777, messaging us on WhatsApp, or emailing us with your booking details.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), may result in forfeiture of any booking/consultation fee paid.
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability at your chosen branch.

2. Teleconsultations

Teleconsultation bookings follow the same 24-hour rule above.
If a teleconsultation cannot take place due to a technical or scheduling issue on our side, you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund of the amount paid for that consultation.

3. Treatment Sessions & Packages

Individual sessions within a package may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellation of a package with unused sessions is handled under our Refund Policy.
Certain procedures require pre-procedure preparation; late cancellation of such procedures may involve preparation costs already incurred, which will be communicated to you.

4. Cancellation by the Clinic

If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment (for example, doctor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances), we will inform you as early as possible and offer you the next available slot or a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled service.
